The program builds on the foundations of safe contact and introduces players to a more complete form of the game. Athletes develop stronger technical skills in tackling, rucking, mauling, scrummaging, and backline play, always with an emphasis on proper technique and player safety. As gameplay becomes more structured, players learn strategy, positional understanding, and how to work together effectively as a team. Coaches focus on skill development, fitness, respect, and sportsmanship, helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.
