Mixed Ability

Inclusive and Welcoming

The Brantford Harlequins Rugby Football Club Mixed Ability Rugby Program is designed to create an inclusive and positive rugby experience for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. Focused on participation, teamwork, and enjoyment, the program offers a safe and adaptable environment where players can grow in confidence, develop skills, and build friendships at their own pace. No experience is required — just a desire to get involved, stay active, and be part of a supportive team. Through this program, the Brantford Harlequins Rugby Football Club proudly demonstrates its commitment to inclusion, belonging, and community for all.

Our mission is to create an inclusive and welcoming rugby program where individuals of all abilities can participate, grow, and belong. Through teamwork, respect, and shared experiences, we strive to build confidence, foster meaningful relationships, and strengthen our community both on and off the field.
